Antioch Provisions is a NEW start-up business providing curated subscription boxes for international missionaries on behalf of their sending churches and supporters.
Who is starting it? The Taliaferro family has served as missionaries for 20+ years in Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Uganda & South Sudan. They are now leading out in this new missionary support endeavor, hoping to improve relations between churches and their missionaries and extend our missionaries' longevity through practical encouragement.
Jeremy and Susan have planted churches and led missionary teams on three continents. Trained hundreds of missionaries and even started businesses on the mission field.
What is the purpose behind Antioch Provisions? The purpose of Antioch Provisions is two-fold. First, we endeavor to provide a simple and effective way for churches to encourage and support the missionaries they have sent out by sending care packages on their behalf.
Secondly, we aim to improve missionary longevity and connection by helping the missionaries to know they are loved and supported by their home church.
How can you help?

How does Antioch Provisions help you/your church/your missionary?
Living overseas as missionaries has wonderful benefits but there are also downsides. It is common to go through deep valleys from time to time and the enemy often uses their isolation to discourage them. BUT if they know that they are remembered, prayed for, and supported, the valleys are easily surmountable.
Sending churches have it hard as well. They want to support their missionary. They want them to feel loved and encouraged, but often they don’t know how to accomplish this feat from thousands of miles away. That’s where Antioch Provisions comes in. We have lived overseas as missionaries, and we know the ins and outs of what is needed and how to get it to an international destination. Let us put that experience to work for you.
If you sign up with Antioch Provisions, we will purchase content, package, ship & track for you.
Every package will be different, and it will be custom-made to the needs of the missionary unit. But here is an example of some things they might find in a typical package:
- 1 non-fiction book
- 1 novel
- seasoning packets (taco, fajita, gravy, etc)
- pocket knife
- A letter from the Antioch Provisions volunteer who prepared their package
- A Letter from the pastor or member of the sending church
- Taco Bell sauce, Chic-fil-a sauce, etc.
- Sunscreen
- Coffee
- Beef Jerky
- seeds for gardening
- Ranch Powder mix
- quality writing pens
- stationary
- 4 cans of Dr. Pepper
- Movie candy (sour patch kids, junior mints, Twizzlers, etc)
Every package and destination is a little different. But these are the general guidelines we tend to stay within.
- 1/3 of our cost is content (books, snacks, toys, etc.)
- 1/3 is shipping (box, tape, packing materials, and shipping)
- 1/3 is labor (shopping, packing, shipping)
We started with our most basic of packages, the quarterly. From our experience on the field this is the best frequency with which to encourage your missionary. However, we will have new offerings coming soon, like:

- Support packages for the US
- and several more.
